The staff and Dr. Garrett have seen us with both of our kids and we have always been happy not just with their orthodontic care but also customer service. They are accommodating and always smiling. Just the other day, We made a mistake and went to the wrong location which made us late for our appt. The staff was understanding and kind and took great care of us instead of being frustrated.
