Great people and service.
Very friendly staff. I saw a lot of communication between the staff working on my daughter and a lot of communication with my daughter on what to expect and what they were doing.
We made a mistake and went to the wrong location which made us late for our appt. the staff was understanding and kind and took great care of us instead of being frustrated.
It's always a pleasure coming into appointments. Having three kids as patients, I alway know you will help keep me organized with appointments and work with our busy life's. I appreciate when we come in, you are prompt and on schedule. Everyone is friendly and professional. We love Garrett Orthodontics!!!
It was quicker than I thought. Never had waits once arriving at my appts. Everyone was great.
Dr. Garrett and his staff are amazing. I thought getting braces was going to be a difficult and painful process; but because the people at Garrett Orthodontics are so great, I actually looked forward to my appointments.
