Very friendly staff. I saw a lot of communication between the staff working on my daughter and a lot of communication with my daughter on what to expect and what they were doing.

We made a mistake and went to the wrong location which made us late for our appt. the staff was understanding and kind and took great care of us instead of being frustrated.

Dr. Garrett and his staff are amazing. I thought getting braces was going to be a difficult and painful process; but because the people at Garrett Orthodontics are so great, I actually looked forward to my appointments.
