I have nothing bad to say about my experience over the past year with braces. Dr. Garrett has his office running smoothly and on time. I never had to wait over my appointment time nor spend time in a chair waiting for the doctor to see me. Staff were always friendly, smiling, and ready to answer all my questions.
Appointments occur in a timely fashion, front office staff friendly. My son doesn't have a lot of confidence in the recent dental assistant he has had at the last two visits.The visit about 6weeks ago, she kept saying "Oh no" as the brackets came off. She did come out to speak to me briefly. This last visit she popped something out and it flew across the room. He likes Dr. Garrett. Shaun said Dr. Garrett seemed very happy during his last visit. Dr. Garrett must be the kindest and most professional orthodontist in the country! I have encountered several orthodontists in three states and none half as kind and professional as him. The team is equally kind, patient, capable. The facilities are clean, fun, elegant. I had the greatest experience ever, hands down. You will not regret your decision.

Your office staff are so friendly & professional. They do their best to fit us in when there are "hardware " issues not during our regularly scheduled appointments. Dr Garrett or his staff always explains things thoroughly. Appointments are always kept on time.
Everyone is genuinely friendly and caring. I've been going for nearly two years, and the staff remembers more about me than my coworkers I see everyday.
