I hate to give a bad review, but I still feel uncomfortable when Kathy is the one working on me. She fumbled putting my wires back on, she had to do my impressions twice, and she made my lips bleed because she stretched my lips so far getting the tray out of my mouth.. Not a huge deal, but like I said - uncomfortable. On a positive note, she offered me to brush and floss with my wires off, which was AWESOME. She's also very friendly, as is the rest of the staff. Absolute perfect service, smiles, accuracy, expertise provided by all encountered at Garrett Orthodontics. As a parent, I felt assured that Jack was in the most competent hands with Dr. Garrett's calm and confident demeanor. All of the gals wore endless smiles and cheerful as ever. Zach was happy with the assistant that worked on his braces this time. She was very careful and didn't cut up his mouth. The time before Zach stated the assistant was pushing wires in his mouth and lost a wire in his mouth. This time, the assistant was gentle and Zach felt like she knew what she was doing. Overall a much better experience for Zach.
Dr Garrett is fabulously. He has done a phenomenal job with my son's ortho experience. He has an incredibly knowledgable staff who are kind and very professional. I highly recommend Garret Ortho for any person who is seeking this dental care.
