Staff is very friendly. Office was modern. Dr. Garrett was fast and efficient. Easy on the eyes.
I have been going there for years. They did my braces when Dr. D was still there and I just went back the other day for a repair on my retainers. It was so nice to see the same awesome and familiar faces I saw for so many years, as well as several friendly knew ones. That office still has more of a family feel than a staff feel and I would recommend them to anyone. I continue to get complimented on my amazing teeth as well! They are efficient, friendly and effective!
Both of my boys are under the care of Garrett Orthodontics and are very well taken care of. The staff are all caring and wonderful!
My son has been a difficult patient, and the staff have been positive and kind in guiding him through the process of taking care of his braces. They have all been kind a positive to me, a stressed parent of a teenager. I applaud the professionalism in the practice, and the genuine good feeling given out by all the staff.

Staff is consistently friendly, polite, and professional. Treatment plans/goals were explained clearly. My daughter was treated with kindness and staff explained to her expectations and reasons for following through with recommendations (i.e. wearing head gear and retainer).
I wasn't the most happy about my appointment on Tuesday. I will say that the staff is always friendly, however, the woman who has been working with me does not seem like she has full confidence in what she's doing. She needs assistance from Dr. Garrett, forgets explanations, and on Tuesday she kept dropping the metal bands in my mouth! I would also like to be more educated on what they are doing and why they're doing it when I go in instead of just going home with huge metal pieces and not understanding why. We love Garrett Orthodontics! Both of my kids go there and everyone is always so friendly, informative and helpful. Dr. Garrett is very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. The staff is always helpful whenever you are having an issue. Thank you Dr. Garrett and staff!!
I have had two of my children in braces and I have to say that Dr. Garrett and his staff are superb. The front office is so friendly and always willing to help. His technicians are so knowledgeable and gentle and always smiling. We have been patients for the last two years and I feel that the treatment my children received is top notch.
