I returned a cart n they shorted me 12 dollars on my refund. No one will return a call or answer any email!
I wrote a bad review in October on the website and it was the right one!! I want to apologize for the bad comment and want to retract it!!! They DID help me with the return of my golf card and they deserve a GOOD review. They stood up and came through the situation with flying colors. Steve....I am sorry I put the bad review........
Very poor customer service. Was told that my golf car would be ready in two weeks when I took it for repair. Called service Dept. two weeks later and requested return telephone call regarding status of golf car...no return call. Called three weeks after taking it to them. Lady who answered phone said she would call me back...again, no return call. Called four weeks after taking to them for repair...still have "not had a chance to look at it, but it should be soon".
