LOVED the service. From the moment I decided on purchasing a custom Clemson color golf cart, the Garrett's were able to help me finalize on the exact kind that fit my needs (I didn't realize so many options). They even made a change at the end when picking up the cart. Highly recommend!
Pros: great personnel, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Cons: have returned my EZ Go cart four times for basically the same problem -- reverse shifter problems. Over $400 in costs. Warranty applied several times. 3-4 weeks turn-around each time. I blame the cart, not the business.
Terrible carts, steer clear of here if you can. Get yourself a ******** instead.
Not good. Picked up my golf cart from work, had to push it onto the trailer, stopped running, (battery powered) kept it two weeks, brought it back, said ‘nothing is wrong with it, $175.00 to add water and charge battery, ($75 pick up charge, ok with this). It ran for 3 minutes, stopped running AGAIN. P.S. they NEVER answer the phone at Garrett’s golf carts, ALWAYS send you to a voice mail, constantly called them until I FINALLY got a human being.
We purchased a refurbished 2018 E-Z-Go golf cart from Garrett's Discount Golf Carts, Mount Pleasant, SC in April 2022. Josh the sales manager was very helpful with suggestions as we customized our cart. The cart arrived about a week after it was promised and looked great. That's where the positives end. The cart was installed with a Bluetooth speaker system we were told was installed by mistake during assembly, however they wouldn't charge us. First of all: You need to improve on teaching your employees the importance of answering the telephone and most of all returning phone when a customer leaves a message. I’ve call your business five to six times a day trying to contact someone. Even after so many calls still no one answers or forgets to call you back. Well, don’t forgot you can email us!!!
