I've been to Dr. Horndeski on several occasions. The first time I went to him was for blepharoplasty because of skin sagging from my upper lids. I always wanted my eyes to be more open . I over heard a lady talking about this procedure and how happy she was that she had it done. She told me Dr. Horndeski did the surgery. Overall, I am very impressed by my results. My surgery was in February, so I'm a little more than a month out. I went from a 32DDD to a 32C/D. I am so much happier with my smaller breasts, and knowing that I never need another surgery. Pros - (1) I kept nipple sensation. (2) Jana, the coordinator is amazing! After lots of research and reading, I made an appointment for a consultation. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions and explained exactly what the procedure entailed and how it would meet my desired results. 60 year old with 10 year old implants. One breast was sagging almost to my belly button and the other was only two or so inches higher. I had over filled (450 cc) implants that were almost falling out. Surgery was Friday, March 3, 2017 - I am SUPER PLEASED. Today- 5 days later- the drains were removed. I'm writing this review again, somehow it didn't post the first time. It is almost 6 months post-op since I had the Ultimate Breast Lift by Dr. Hordneski. I love my breasts. I had a lift back in 2008 and 6 months later back to where I started. I still have to go for scar revision later in January or I can start it by then. Still with the scars I love my breasts. This procedure was the best thing ever for me. I was in and out and back to work, helping with the kids, and school after a week. I definitely had to be careful but I wasn't dependant on anyone for more than a week. The best part, it feels like I have no breast weight, I'm finally working on my posture without back cramps, and I look thinner and normal sized now, thank God! One thing I had hoped for was a breast reduction with the breast lift but I did not really feel this had happened. The breasts initially seemed much smaller looking down on my chest because they were so high up immediately after the surgery and so tight (no sagging flesh at all). But the cup size was still the same as the same bras did not fit any less well. I thought they would get smaller assuming they were swollen from the surgery, but they did not get smaller.
