Absolutley ecstatic with the results. Top lip was so long it looked like I had no top teeth. I've tried fillers to plump them up, did not work. I tried botox which only succeeded in hindering my speech. Another doctor informed me to get the results I desired from fillers, I would have to use 2 + vials. Well..it's been a long 1 1/2 I've had the perma lip and 2 lip lifts. I still can't say for sure if it's worth it, given the nostril distortion. I do feel that the internal suturing does make a difference in a negative way. The first lift I had external sutires and only. Few Internal. Second (this review) was all internal. I feel that this lift has distorted my nostrils and cut off my natural sills. Although, from the front my lips look better, but I don't know if it's worth it.
I always felt like I had a really big ugly nose with a bump on top. I did my research and after reading all of this surgeons great reviews I contacted the office. BTW very friendly staff. All I can say now is "Thank you to Dr. Gary Horndeski" thanks to your magic hands my problem is fixed. He is a great surgeon!! I am a perfectionist!! Thanks to all the well informed people posting comments. I thought I was informed, well at least as informed as I felt necessary before deciding on this "minor" surgery. There is just so much to know and your judgement can easily be clouded by impatience with your appearance. It seems the angle of your nose, the visibility of your nostrils, whether you have nasal sills or not, will determine the outcome of this procedure.
