As you can see, it's 11 months after my surgery and I am still doing well! I will admit, I was not the most diligent at wearing a tight bra as often as I should have, but my surprisingly, there is no visible sagginess of my breasts. I am still very pleased!
I went back to Dr. Horndeski 6 months ago for a revision because I wanted a little more (5mm) taken out. Updated pics attached. I LOVE the results!! :)

After researching MANY doctors online, i made the decision to travel to Houston. I called the office and spoke with his wonderful and informative staff and set up a consult on Skype. I have had two previous surgeries hoping to have perkier breasts but my breasts were just too large and skin began to sag after weight loss. I really did not want vertical scars down the front of my breasts. Every doctor I went to told me I would have to have the anchor scars, so I put the surgery off for a long time. Finally I read about Dr Horndeski's no vertical scar breast lift. I am so pleased with my result. I just wish I had known sooner!
I've had several ladies as me for feedback on my mini -ubl as it's now been 12 months since I had the procedure. In October (I think) I also had the nipple revision. That helped considerably to get rid of some rather painful and unsightly scarring. I've added in some new pictures. As you can see there is still considerable scarring and pleating. It is going on a month since my surgery. I am definitely overjoyed with my results. I continue to have contact with my doctor and they stay in contact with me. I could not have had a better outcome. I see lot of horror stories, but it is up to you to do your research on these doctors. Especially when you are putting your whole being under their care. i know it says i'm unsure about this surgery but that's just because i can't change it for some reason.. i'm actually very satisfied with my new breasts, they're beautiful.
