4/27/2013 It's been one month now, I'm healing well. I still don't have any nipple sensation, and my nipples haven't popped out yet. Elise said that they are just being lazy, and that they will. My breast still seem a bit lumpy but that will smooth out in a few months. Other than that, I'm very pleased!
I am now at 4 days post-op. I went all day yesterday and today without any pain pills - I did take one at night before bed. So the constant pain in my pecs is gone. Don't get me wrong it's still very tender just doesn't hurt anytime i move now. I went out yesterday for a pedi and to have my hair washed and dried. I had a MBL with silicone implants in August. I searched high and low to find a procedure to give me the look I desired without the scars and then I found Dr. Horndeski. I have decided to do an implant exchange since I am not satisfied with my results any longer. The right side of my breast is flat and I was honestly expecting a larger implant to be placed (I currently have 185cc). I went for a consultation yesterday with Dr, Adam and scheduled surgery for March 30th. He is confident that he will be able to fix my right breadt with a larger implant, if not then he will use some fat from my abdomen to fill it the tissue. I am now 9 weeks or so UBL post op and doing great! I really was blessed to have a basically uneventful recovery and healed quickly. I did have an issue with post surgical nerve discomfort on the lower side of each breast which basically just went away one day around weeks 5-6. This is common as it does take nerves to settle down after this type of surgery. I also have some mild pleating around the areolas ( which is also common) and is resolving week by week. It has been five days since the revision surgery and I am pretty excited with the results. My breasts are now high and firm. They are still shaped funny but that is what I would expect this soon after the surgery. I am posting some pictures, one just before the revision (and 6 months after the original breast lift) and some other pictures 5 days after the revision.
