Gary’s is far and away the best wine store around. They have an incredible selection and the most helpful staff.

Always a pleasure with everyone in the store. Tim in the beer department was excellent as usual. Great recommendations. Knows what I like and thinks to make suggestions for anything new that comes in.

they want to hard sell but can’t deliver on back office fulfillment/operations. website is difficult to use, staff isn’t knowledgeable about current promotions and operations and i’m mislead on availability of online orders. Gary’s is a shit-show. i don’t recommend doing business with them.

I just spent $110 for 4 tiny bottles wine. I don't order wine online very often, so I went back to the website and didn't see any notes saying 'this is a half a bottle of wine' or 'there are multiple sizes, this is the small one' or an image indicating the size isn't normal (like other wine websites do). Just a picture that shows a bottle that appears full-size, and in black text in the corner a number of milliliters (no idea how many milliliters are in a normal bottle of wine). Employees are not nice and inviting. No one says hi or ask to help. Whole lot of employees around though. Prices high too. If I had other choice I would go elsewhere.

Madison is a far better store than Bernardsville. The quality and knowledges of Madison crushes Bernardsville. Rich is awesome. Id love to see him or the equivalent in Bernardsville.

I didn't get the next day pick up as the text message suggested. I texted a query after lunch the following day and around 4:00 I received a call saying that there was a problem with my order and some items were not available. That's life these days. When ready, pick-up went smoothly.
