I didn't get the next day pick up as the text message suggested. I texted a query after lunch the following day and around 4:00 I received a call saying that there was a problem with my order and some items were not available. That's life these days. When ready, pick-up went smoothly.
Website pictures for products not complete. Talked to a rep and resolved issue. Got all and everything ok.
Although I didn't need assistance, I was reviewing Italian wine selection for approximately 10-15 minutes and no one asked if I needed any help.
I have to go through the ritual of giving you my phone number every time I check out (Gary’s club) but there don’t seem to be any benefits. What’s the benefit to the customer of the extra hassle every time you make a purchase??
