There is always someone around every corner to help with the experience. I am a picky buyer and this is more of a challenge than a bother to the staff. I come to Gary’s with high expectations for them to fill in my wine cellar needs that my wine clubs and internet bargains do not handle. They do a great job delivering exceptional service.
Great selection as always !! met Gary at the Madison store , very personable, talked to everyone there that night . Wish you’d sell me some Pappy Van Winkle one of these years !
I was very happy with the assistance I received from Sade in the Wayne store. I shop every year for holiday wine gifts to give out to customers and she was very helpful in suggesting wines, ordering items that weren’t in stock, and getting me the gift boxes I needed. I was in and out quickly.
