Don't do it! We really liked the actual apartments, they were nice apartments in a great location that was close to a lot and not too busy, and anytime we interacted with employees they were always really nice.. BUT, I would NOT recommend these apartments to friends, family, or anyone that I really care about. Our neighbors were noisy at all hours day and night. lies, all lies There is no air conditioning in most apartmemt, bo visitor parking unless you rent the highest cost rentals, it's incredibly noisy, dirty parking lot, unenforced parking and noise rules and a LOT higher than listed after "fees" -nearly $100 more.
Deceptive promises. Watch out for deceptive contract, for example, I signed a 6 months leases, moving in on 6/7/13, Heather, the former office staff said our lease would be up on 12/7. It turn out that the lease ended at the end of December, which technically you are signing a 7 months lease instead of a 6 months leased. It is a roof over your head.... ...but that is it. We lived there for 5 years between two different units and the office staff changed at least 3 times. Maintenance response is very slow. Neighbors are LOUD (screaming 911, etc). For the price, I would really expect better quality. We got a warning for putting up snowflakes in our windows and were told we have to take them down after the first of the year (even though that is a winter decoration).
