Have requested a quote for trailers twice now. Never actually get the prices. Still have never seen the prices I requested, but have gotten a text message saying they will be in touch, an email saying they will be in touch, an email asking for a good review which if you say your experience was good it send you to google reviews, but if you say it was poor it sends you to leave a private message, andhave gotten another email about financing, but still no prices.
poor experience with trailer. Bad paint.
My husband bought a trailer in October 2016. By July 2017 the trailer was EXTREMELY rusted. We sent email after email to no avail to Sid, our salesman. Then we contacted another salesman who advised us on how to file a claim. We did so and it was never "found" so we submitted another one. It was denied as a paint job is not covered by the warranty. Hook up and paper work couldn't of been better. Got the trailer home and looked it over. Electric wiring laying loose in holes needs grommets or wire tooling. Wire tie dragging on the tire. Dent on under carriage.
Bought a trailer back in February. But when we got it there were a few issues with it that needed to be fixed. We've called Gatormade many times but nothing has been done and they won't return our phone calls.
