Worst coustmer service ever. Refuse to accept a warranty claim at anytime. I've had the leaf springs break on a 16000 pd trailer and when even trying to order the springs and pay for them at seven months I've been hung up on by the receptionist. When asking for a manager she refused to get me in contact with one
Purchased a 12 x 7 Dump trailer 2 years ago have had many problems with tailgate latches that are supposed to hold rear tailgates in the open position during dumping operations . had issue with trailer i bought near home .factory wants me to drive 350 miles one way to allow them to look at it, unacceptable.im willing to drive 50 miles to charlotte nc, but they insist i have to come to ky...never buy another gatormade,nor anything else from a non-local company.
My trailer's paint started blistering in less than a year and now is peeling off and rust is bad. It has always been stored in the dry and hardly used . No help from Gatormade They said "use canned spray paint as routine maintenance."
Absolutely horrible quality and the worse customer support I've ever come across. Our gooseneck has cost us over $9,000 in repairs since we bought it 4 years ago, brand new. I will never buy another Gatormade and I would tell anyone thinking about it to buy another brand at all cost
the trailer looks good ! but the sales guy derick brown and mosley won't return my phone call about a trailer we bought, after we payed only respond by email ? the trailer was not complete and parts missing! also the web page and the youtube video said the head board was standard on all models not mine! also changed the lites on the top of the trailer and no longer put stop/ turn/ and running lights on it , this is avery dangers thing when night time loading ! the mega ramps cover the rear lights and no one can see you! th... read more
Horrible customer service and support from salesman and staff been trying for 2 months to get a call back or talk to someone on my trailer numerous problems with the trailer and salesman poor quality control and no service after the sale other then to have you salesman to tell you he doesn't drink but he has heard it helps i just want what i paid for to be right i don't think that is asking to much
I contacted Gatorade to get a price on a particular trailer . No one ever contacted me or responded about the price of the trailer . I am very interested in the product but still don't have info and its been a long time . Thnks for any help in getting me a price
