Gayle McCarthy did an excellent job refinancing one house while helping us purchase another on a VA loan. She coordinated both closing dates to perfection while saving us thousands of dollars of out of pocket expenses. Our entire experience at APM was wonderful! From the beginning Gayle was so helpful and always explained everything in such great detail. Throughout escrow Julie was kind, very great about communicating and always on top of everything. The staff was very nice and friendly. APM made what is usually a stressful time in life, extremely smooth and pleasant.
