It was truly a pleasure to work with Gail and her staff. I have used Gail on previous purchases and would highly recommend her services.
Scheduling was easy and staff were courteous and helpful. Gayle was professional and really helped set realistic expectations of the process. Overall between our realtor, the title company and Gayle/her helpful staff this was a smooth process. Everyone said the escrow was going to be nerve racking...for us it was smooth and safe and we were confident in the whole team.

There were some issues with the closing cost numbers. They appeared different on the corporate forms. This apppears to be a typical issues and it was explained to us how the numbers work. It was unnerving, as the prices were so drastically different. In the end, it all worked out. The corporate forms should be amended to show actual cost and numbers. This would elliviate a lot of confusion.
