5 Star : My Experience Loved that I was able to communicate with G&C through texting. As an introvert, I don't like talking on the phone. Front desk receptionist was friendly & very helpful. Luis explained everything in detail, to where I could understand. G&C also worked with the rental company, Enterprise, so my pick up & drop off process was a breeze. All of my questions were answered in a professional & timely manner. Wish the other driver didn't hit my car to begin with, but thankful that no one was hurt. Overall 5 out ... read more
