Unfortunately I had to call and follow up on if my vehicle was done. I didn't get updates regularly on the progress except a text that told me 2 days after I dropped it off that it was now going to be looked at and worked on

Gloria completed my initial estimate quickly and even added air to my tire as it was running low. I needed to have my bumper replaced and it was done in one day! They even hand washed my car when the repairs were complete and dropped off my rental for me.
