Ms. Denise is so gentle, kind, and thorough. She took her time asking me questions and took all of my medical history into consideration for my treatment plan. I came from a very bad experience with another facility and she was extremely considerate and didn't deny my feelings or experiences like the other place. She is not pushy at all with my treatment and only wants what's best for me. God bless her because she is seriously the best doctor I've had.
Lori Burkett is awesome! She really listens and hears what you’re saying and responds appropriately. No matter how I’m feeling when we start our session, I always leave feeling way better and able to deal with whatever comes my way.
It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone!! I’ve had to physically drive across town to speak in person SEVERAL TIMES because nobody will answer the phone! Very insensitive, which really sucks when you’re suffering from depression and other mental issues and you just want help from people who are supposed to be doing their jobs! It’s caused more harm than it has good! It is not just me who feels this way! I’ve heard from other people having the same experience! A wonderful place. I feel very comfortable with my councilor. If you are looking for help getting through life's sometimes difficult journey. I highly recommend this place. The best of the best.
Our experience has been horrendous. From communication to process and general customer care, we have nothing positive to say. Genesis are dealing with emotionally and mentally vulnerable people—individuals who arguably need the most support—but they do not seem to care one bit. We feel completely let down.
