I didn’t know what to expect, but one thing I had difficulty was with an iPAD. The touchscreen was not responsive. Grace was very kind and swapped it out. Might need an upgrade.

This office lacks organization and follow through. The responses in the portal are slow. When I try to chat live, no one is ever available, but when I call it tells me the best way is to chat live. I request info/docs/RX refills and am told I will get a call back, but never do. The doctor was kind and patient, so I appreciate that, but anytime I had to deal with anyone in the office, while polite, not helpful.
