Long story short, Money was more important than my son's testing! I took my son in for a 4 hr. testing session. Was told by his therapist all would be paid by his insurance. They wanted $50 at time of service or they could not see him. I did not have the money, and said I would pay in three days when I get paid. Was told to leave. They charged me $50 anyway, which is $100 now thru a collection Agency. They should have conducted the 4 hr. test and refused to give results until I paid there extra Charges. Office Staff can make or break a practice and though my experience with the clinician is great, I would never recommend this practice to anyone seeking to become a new client. Both in trying to get established following my clinician from a different practice to trying to get billing and insurace correct to how the front desk staff have handled interactions, everything has been an annoyance and hassle and much harder than it should have to be.
