I have been self conscious of my nose since I was a teenager. When I met with Dr. Gentile, he thoroughly explained the procedure and provided me with 3-d imaging of the expected outcome. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs. I am 3 weeks post-op, and completely thrilled with my results already. It is the first time in nearly 10 years that I have been confident about my appearance.
I had a laser procedure. Dr. Gentile was very compassionate in identifying my needs. The staff was very professional and concerned with my comfort. Even when I made a mistake in the aftercare directions.Dr. Gentile and his staff were very understanding and positive.
I went in for surgery with the understanding I was getting 5mm top 4 mm bottom implant, but was told I was getting 4mm top and bottom. I was not happy and really do not believe it's going to make a difference once swelling is all gone. On the bright side, this Dr is amazing at what he does. I felt 0 pain during dental block or procedure, and his technique, which he uses rather than scissor tunneling is brilliant. I considered getting surgery to correct issues with my face due to the natural aging process and also to correct problems that were a result of having Bells Palsy earlier in life. I certainly was a bit fearful of having this surgery as with any surgery. However, Dr Gentile and his staff addressed each one of my concerns and could not have been more compassionate with my post op care. I am definitely pleased with the results and would recommend him to anyone considering cosmetic surgery.
My interactions with Dr. Gentile over the past 10 years has been a constant, highly professional experience. For about seven years I had dealt with a deep depression under my right eye. I would get numerous comments about it: some thought it was a bruise, makeup, or dirt. I finally had it corrected by Dr. Gentile, and it looks amazing! The staff and Doctor made the experience very relaxed for me. I received sculpsure on my inner thighs and arms. Dr. Gentile is very sweet and patient. The nurses that actually performed the procedure were fantastic! They were making me laugh and talking to me the whole time which kept me distracted. Sculpsure is approved only for abdomen right now but can be used anywhere. I'm happy with my thighs.
