do not use dr richard gentile Would never recommend Dr gentile for Tattoo removal. Bought several sessions. The machine that he uses for tattoo removal was not working correctly. He literally had to send the machine out to get repaired. He would not credit any of the sessions that the machine did not work. The one section literally did nothing to my skin. He ruined my eyes - I can't close my eyes The worst surgeon ever! He ruined my eyes. I can't close my eyes. This guy is not a plastic surgeon, he is ENT, he should not be doing these surgeries. He is also arrogant and has very bad bedside manners.
Very negative experience. I visited Dr. Gentile office for Profound RF after researching the non-invasive treatment online. I drove over an hour to have a consultation for Profound only to be disappointed after the consultation. I left with a contract for a major surgery that I did not want. I wanted non invasive! Not to mention after I brought up my concerns with his office I was told that Dr. Gentile recommended the surgery!! I went to see Dr. Gentile for profound rf. I left his laser center with a contract for a platysmaplasty surgery that I never signed! I called the center and expressed that I did not want anything invasive and was told that is was the doctors recommendation was. I was confused as to what that was. I looked it up and was stunned. I also checked his reviews and found some negative ones which scared me. Especially how he was sued in 2013 and the person won. Yikes! Horrible , called to schedule the infini Rf, he told me that I needed renuvion, paid in full & I ended up with serious infections, rashes, broken blood vessels, pain...which he kept ignoring, he also very heavily sedated me & did the Ellevate thread procedure on me WITHOUT my consent, when I kept questioning the staff & Richard why my chin was swollen 3 times its size, why do I have deep holes & pain behind my ears they would not answer me! I observed the doctor to be arrogant. Not very friendly when spending money at his practice considering the visit was not covered by insurance. Would recommend going to a larger city where procedures are performed more frequently and the doctors convey a more professional attitude.
Worst experience ever. Completely botched my nose. See photos attached. Refused to do a revision for me. My breathing was fine before, but now I suffer severe problems & must undergo another surgery. Avoid at all costs. Don’t let the reviews on here fool you, check google reviews and you’ll see the 1-stars that he deserves.

Horrible experience.. years ago I had the so called laser lift. To this day I have to camouflage the back of my ear with make up & pulling hair over the lumpy bumpy ugly scar from the procedure. Shortly after the procedure I got an infection & the healing process was a nightmare .
