Went today after a lot of years without going to the dentist and had a great experience. I had a tooth that was bothering me and within an hour, I had seen a dentist who offered me potential next steps, as well as the oral surgeon who answered all of my nervous questions and set me up with an appointment as soon as possible. I was reassured and hope that my future experiences there will be just as great!

2nd time they've messed up my appointment and booked me for X-rays OR a cleaning when I asked for both. This time I was SO clear: "cleaning, X-rays, whatever I'm due for" knowing I was overdue for both. I appreciate you're open late hours but I don't appreciate booking me for half of what I requested so I have to come back again - because this time I'm not, I will find someplace else.
