2nd time they've messed up my appointment and booked me for X-rays OR a cleaning when I asked for both. This time I was SO clear: "cleaning, X-rays, whatever I'm due for" knowing I was overdue for both. I appreciate you're open late hours but I don't appreciate booking me for half of what I requested so I have to come back again - because this time I'm not, I will find someplace else.
