RecommendedI have pretty high dental anxiety. I was very nervous to go see a dentist. I went for my initial consultation about a month ago and was set up today and next week for my cleanings and procedure. Dr. Patel was so GREAT and so understanding when it came to my anxieties. RecommendedI’ve been going to Gentle Dental for over a year. Today I accidentally showed up an hour early to my appointment. The front desk staff immediately worked to accommodate me despite my mix up on the time. The hygienist was kind and accommodating as well fitting me in. Both hygienists and Dr. Patel are great. I appreciate their flexibility and professionalism!

RecommendedThere great and friendly and the only thing that they need to work on is with you on what u can afford and what u need to be taking care of first before u dish out $$ first for something that can be done later. The customer should decide and not the Dr. no one can afford to finance with an xtra bill.

My procedure is known as an uncomfortable one, with three fillings put in immediately after a cleaning, and in between Lisa, Michelle, unfortunately I did not get the receptionist's name who was very proactive about my insurance, and at the center of it all, Dr. Patel all made me feel as comfortable as possible given my requested needs and checked in with me every step of the way. RecommendedStaff is very professional and kind. Lots of anxiety going into my appointment I haven’t seen a dentist in over a decade. I have no dental insurance and the front desk girls were so kind went above and beyond to help me get the information I needed to try and get me help financially for treatments. They were understanding and genuinely cared. I was approved for the care credit which was something I never thought possible. RecommendedI was experiencing terrible pain from a bad wisdom tooth. I have bad anxiety when it comes to dental work and the doctor and staff were understanding and even let me hold the nurses hand when they had to pull my tooth.
