Terrible billing- overcharges and no refund given-have to fight to get it. Are not accepting their contracted rates and skew things on their ledgers to hid their GRID discount, which is not the members responsibility.
When you make a mistake and over charge your patient by $1320.00 don't make them wait to reverse the charge. It should be taken care of immediately.
