Do not get same Dentist THe office is friendlythough have had some appointment problems and never seem to get the same dentist resulting in in consistent care and having to go back to have work redone
Great customer service at Everett Gentle Dental !!!! Unfortunately I have not been to a dentist in over 17 years , BUT I have been receiving excellent services here!!! From friendly & helpful Pam at the front desk and Val , an incredible dental hygentist to great Dr. Merckel ! I was so scared after all these years and they have restored my faith!! So so The wait time and service was exceptional. The hygenist was very nice and did an exceptional and quick job. The dentist answered all the questions and was upfront with what I needed and what he would suggest. He was kind and accomodating of any pain. However, I was quoted the wrong price before the procedure. I was unsure about what my insurance covered and what I was actually paying for. ...

great staff after very poor oral hygiene and only three dentist visits in the last 15 years they were friendly efficient and the visits were almost pain free. thorough cleaning, and fillings, wisdom teeth. they make a pleasant experience out of a necessity.

No pain, gained a bridge! Was fitted for my bridge last visit, got the finished product at this visit. I enjoy the staff here and have for a long time, so the new dentist was a treat! She and her tech explained everything each step of the way, and made sure that any sensitivity I might have with cold exposure was minimalized. Really pleased this time! The bridge fits perfectly, no problems!
