Terrible customer service Been going to GD everett for several years, mostly for convenient hours/days. I've noted a high turn over of hygenists and dentist, but when a signficant billing question came up, I repeatedly called and was told to expect a return call. after 4 attempts and no call back, I researched further and my insurance was never billed! My family will no longer be using their less then stellar services!
Poor Service - Rushed and painful I have had two visits to this poor dental clinic. They overcharge for their services.And if you get an appointment, they refuse to eprform the services requested. And the nurse who hates serving men, trys to chock you with the dental tools.No thanks, i will take my business elsewhere.
Very satisfied Paul was kind and gentle prior and during the service. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He did thorough cleaning.
Different story, had cavities filled now need crowns WTF !!! Let's see I went in a year ago to have a precious cavitie removed and re filled . Now I went back to have a routine check up and now i need crowns on that filling ! I swear they double dip and want to get paid twice on one tooth ! One dr said I need my wisdom teeth removed the other said that I don't. Then they want to charge $54 for the fluoride treatment after a cleaning and you have to say...

doublebooked I spent too much time in chair because the place was double-booked. I know because I heard them talking about it. And they kept moving between me and the other patient. My procedure was simple and could be done quickly but I spent too much time waiting for the dentist. Time for me to move on to a more modern office.
Good people but old equipment. My last dentist had a computerized office. It was clean and more efficient, taking less time for procedures.
