So happy Ellen still there as she’s so positive even though I know I’ll need lots of work to get my gums/teeth cleaned, in better condition. I should’ve kept coming as soon as Covid 19 passed. I’m happy to be back to dentist to zero in on my teeth. Great that Ellen is still there, hooray!!
Everyone was very nice & friendly. I just wish the dentist had listened to what I wanted. He didn’t hear anything I was saying. I got 2 text messages, 2 phone calls and 1 email confirming my appointment. I answered all of them. Got a call 2 hours before appointment and told since I didn’t confirm my appointment it was being cancelled. Rescheduled a month later.
I had gone in for a badly needed bridge and a couple of cavities after some long neglect on my part on the upper left side. After that was almost completed the dentist explained that my old bridge on the lower left was also badly done. It was creating my bite to go forward. After quick assessment I decided to get that one replaced as well. The doctor went as quick as he could but it was a 4 1/2 hours ordeal. Thank goodness it was on a Friday. After reading some of the reviews and having the same experience as most of the reviews. I really don’t know how this place is still in business. I called and asked if they would take both of my insurance prior to scheduling an appointment. They assured me they did. After examining and X-ray I was told they would not be able to take both of my insurance and the work would cost $800 I gave a $200 deposit and returned for second appointment. I am pleased with how the dentist took his time and to help me understand the necessary treatment I need for gums, before I can begin my journey to a beautiful smile. I've had alot of bad experience in the past, but I think this time I'll be able to praise God.
