From the moment you walk in the door until you leave everyone is so sweet! I had an appointment with the hygienist and she did a great job at explaining everything she was going to do, after care instructions and always asked me if I was doing ok. Thank you Gentle Dental for making me less anxious about my dental work experience.
My last visit was Sept 27, for my routine cleaning. I want to say, how pleased I am with this group. Ellen, hygienist is wonderful, she explain in detail what I need to do. Very helpful and very compassionate. Dr Mellela, explain to me, how chemo and radiation can affect your teeth. Care that will be needed. I’m extremely happy with this dental group. Thank you for your care.
I am very disappointed with my recent experience at this clinic. I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment, and I have now been waiting for 53 minutes past my scheduled time. When I approached the receptionist to express my concern about the delay, she informed me that she was not supposed to disclose how many patients were ahead of me due to privacy policies. As someone who avoided the dentist for many years for a variety of reasons, I am so glad that I decides to give Gentle Dental a chance. The staff is all so nice, friendly, and non-judgmental, and honestly I cannot recommend them enough!
Gentle Dental is exactly as it’s named, gentle. I don’t get anxious coming here nor am I waiting in the lobby forever for my appointment. I’m seen timely, informed, all issues are addressed and explained, staff is friendly and helpful, and the dentist is the best! He’s super nice, always makes sure I’m comfortable, and makes sure I know what’s going on now and for the future.
