From my experience with the Staff there, they were very professional, efficient, and best of all, welcoming and friendly. When I got my teeth cleaned and had new fillings put in, the procedure was efficient, professional, and very fast! Furthermore, I really appreciated how they made me feel at home while I was there. The doctor is great. I was worried about being judged and treated poorly like I have been at other dentists, but this one is the opposite. They were kind, they were quick, and they were EXTREMELY reasonably-priced. But what really earns the 5th star is the nurse/dental assistant person I had. She not only had me cracking up, but she was so comforting while I was receiving the anesthetic. I didn't even have to say anything, she just understood. I am very grateful to all the staff at Gentle Dental Mill Creek and especially to my doctor Charles Hu. Every time I need care, they find a way to fit me in no matter how busy they are. Everyone in this office is very professional, experienced and friendly. I feel very fortunate to be a patient there.
Told me one price when i arrived and more than doubled it when i left. Gentle? No …sprayed with water, had to swallow and suction was bad. I will not go back and i now have a different dentist…
Emergency appointments for a broken tooth. Dr. Gov was attentive listen to my concerns provided professional advice. Offered a cleaning as they had the time. I was surprised the dentist actually did the cleaning. I’m glad he did such a good job. Not judgmental at all. I’ll be back in 6 months
