My husband and I both had very bad experiences with this facility. His tooth still hurts after more than a year of repair. My crown fell off after 9 months of treatment!!! Now they suggest implant! So easy! They quality of work is really low! And front desk doesn't help with insurance issues! They told us we filed the claim! Now you go and fix it! Not our problem! Although insurance keeps saying they should contact and send them more information!
From my experience with the Staff there, they were very professional, efficient, and best of all, welcoming and friendly. When I got my teeth cleaned and had new fillings put in, the procedure was efficient, professional, and very fast! Furthermore, I really appreciated how they made me feel at home while I was there. I got a cleaning from Dr. Gov and he was amazing! I am very sensitive and dread going to cleanings but Dr. Gov was very gentle and got my teeth squeaky clean. His assistant Diana was also very sweet and gentle as well. Highly recommended going to see them!
I was little bit worried after reading reviews before calling the clinic for appointment. But overall I am happy with the treatments I got. What I liked most was treatment starts right on time. No waiting in lobby. It helps me manage my time too. Doctors and DA are wonderful. They care for patient’s comfort.
The doctor is great. I was worried about being judged and treated poorly like I have been at other dentists, but this one is the opposite. They were kind, they were quick, and they were EXTREMELY reasonably-priced. But what really earns the 5th star is the nurse/dental assistant person I had.
