Emergency appointments for a broken tooth. Dr. Gov was attentive listen to my concerns provided professional advice. Offered a cleaning as they had the time. I was surprised the dentist actually did the cleaning. I’m glad he did such a good job. Not judgmental at all. I’ll be back in 6 months
Dr Hu is a very good Dentist as is Kellie his hygienist! I was very happy with my checkup and cleaning! They were very caring and did excellent work! The receptionist at the front desk was and accommodating. I mixed up my dates coming a day early and they were nice enough to squeeze me in so that I didn’t have to come back the next day! They went above and beyond with their great service! Than you!!!
Since relocating from Florida to Washington, I've been using this company's services. Initially, I visited the Everett location but became dissatisfied when they pressured me to add fluorine treatments not covered by insurance. Feeling uncomfortable, I switched to the Mill Creek location, where I appreciate the dentist, dental hygiene, and the office environment. I’ll say that I didn’t have a terrible experience, however it wasn’t the best either. Let me start off by saying that I can say that the work that I got done so far seems to have been adequate. I went in after not having insurance for several years and needed a routine cleaning and three fillings. The initial appointment felt very rushed, this was where I started to feel iffy. Best experience I have had in a very long time at any dental visits. I have bounced around from several places and the new tech was awesome. Had a huge difference on my cleaning, and stains were completely gone. Thanks so much. I just wish I would have finished my online registration few days prior to talk more about other services I was hoping to get done.
