I have been going here for over a year. I get my regular cleanings and Xrays here. I also had my wisdom teeth removed here. My experiences with the actual dental staff have been great, they are amazing! However, the front desk staff are highly unprofessional. On multiple occasions I have been in the waiting room and the receptionists talk extremely poorly about patients. I recently had a crown placed on my tooth based on my dentist's recommendation, despite my tooth being in good condition. Although I checked with the front desk every time to make sure my insurance policies cover the services completely. My husband and I both had very bad experiences with this facility. His tooth still hurts after more than a year of repair. My crown fell off after 9 months of treatment!!! Now they suggest implant! So easy! They quality of work is really low! And front desk doesn't help with insurance issues! They told us we filed the claim! Now you go and fix it! Not our problem! Although insurance keeps saying they should contact and send them more information!
