Wonderful experience Overall my experience with Mill Creek Gentle Dental has been wonderful. They were able to schedule our appointments quickly. All the staff have been courteous and professional. They explained the treatment plan and my out of pocket costs upfront. My kids don't dread going to the dentist anymore as they were so incredible with them and not making it a scary experience. Appointment time Time expend in the appointment should be respected. If you are schedule for an hour treatment, for example from 9 to 10 am, the treatment should start at 9 am and end at 10 am. People can be flexible for 5 minutes waiting, but they also had other activities during the day and are tight with their time.
