First it wasn’t good to get them to call me back or get person on the phone, every time I called it went to voicemail mail never a person and no one called me back for a month, but I kept trying and finally some one called yesterday and they got me in today the next day. Everyone was nice the dental assistant was really great and very friendly sorry I am so bad with names I don’t Renee her name. Beginning with the receptionists and staff, everyone was so kind, caring and helpful. The dental office has a great positive atmosphere. Dr. Hsing-Tse Hsueh is excellent and very through. He answered all my questions and called me prior to my appointment to discuss medication for my treatment. I will definitively recommend him to my friends and family.
If I could give negative stars I would. Gentle dental seemed so great at the beginning but unfortunately I learned the hard way they are just out for money, especially from those who struggle to begin with.. I had to pay out of pocket for 90% pt the work I had done here and had to pay up front before leaving. They are trying to claim I still owe money but I have not been there in almost 3 years. It’s absolutely ridiculous.. DO NOT GO HERE.
