I am not a dental person but on my last visit I had a pleasant experience actually. The Dentist and the Hygienist were working so very much as one that I barely knew I was in a Dentist chair most of my visit. It was a bit uncanny how in sync they were. They made a very good team. I give them a 5 out of 5 stars for team members but minus 1 star for being Dentists in general, so 4.5 out of 5 all together. From me that is very good. They rock @ Gentle Dentle Mount Vernon!! Thanks Guys!!
Dr Hsueh is easy to work with. I found him professional, patient and cordial. He took considerable time reviewing my case and specific needs, effectively communicating my options. Together we devised a course of action to be implemented in stages. I'm very glad I selected gentle dental for my care.

I go here and my 3yo had his first appt with them. He was quite afraid of being there and did not want the dentist near his mouth. Our dentist, Dr. Hsueh, was kind, patient, helped my son understand the different pieces of equipment and what they do, and fun; he met me son where he was at and we were able to get his teeth cleaned! Additionally, they are quick for scheduling, remember you, and provide quality care.
