Gentle Dental Mount Vernon. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, and the team runs everything right on time. First it wasn’t good to get them to call me back or get person on the phone, every time I called it went to voicemail mail never a person and no one called me back for a month, but I kept trying and finally some one called yesterday and they got me in today the next day. Everyone was nice the dental assistant was really great and very friendly sorry I am so bad with names I don’t Renee her name. Beginning with the receptionists and staff, everyone was so kind, caring and helpful. The dental office has a great positive atmosphere. Dr. Hsing-Tse Hsueh is excellent and very through. He answered all my questions and called me prior to my appointment to discuss medication for my treatment. I will definitively recommend him to my friends and family.
