I want to let everyone know how badly Gentle Dental has been. I wrote about how they robbed me of my teeth and took my money. They left me in pain and mentally has caused me feeling Depressed, Stressed and unable to sleep at night. They did not return phone calls. They are hiding from their responsibilities. 7/2022 Update: I can't say I recommend Gentle Dental anymore. No dentist in office for 5+ months now. They can't keep a doctor and the 2 I saw have moved on. All of the office staff is new and a bit rude on the phone IF you can reach anyone. The new dental assistant dropped the X-ray piece that goes in your mouth on the floor and was going to put it in my mouth anyway! This place his horrible. The staff don't properly communicate anything with you, costs, procedures, ect.. The dentist doesn't listen to what work you want done and the passive aggressive vibes are real. Would never recommend this establishment to anyone.

Do NOT trust this place. They will tell you that they got approval from your insurance for services and then send you a huge bill a month later. Only to find out from your insurance that they did NOT ever call and get approval for services that they told you they did. When they did the fluoride on my teeth i told the billing lady that it should be covered and her response was "most insurances don't cover it after a certain age" at which point I TOLD HER (she should've already done that!) to check my insurance because I know ... read more

While the staff seemed competent I was pressured to join their loyalty program to the point that I was uncomfortable and decided to leave. If you want to join their loyalty program then I am sure this would be a good office to get regular dental care. It seems like there is really no option, you become a member of their plan or you go somewhere else.
