Very exceptional staff from front desk to the back. Appointment reminders ( alot of them) and very clear and informative. I loathe the dentist and they have made it a peaceful experience. I use the Redmond office as the service and reviews were so much better than the Bend location. Looking forward to a completely new smile!
I broke a filing in half, called Gentle Dental Redmond and they were able to get me in within a day of calling. The front desk gals were very nice and happy to greet everyone. The Dr and assistant had me fixed up within 45 minutes. Everyone was in great moods, welcoming and made you feel comfortable. Best dentist! 10/10!
1. Messed up my appointment time. Originally scheduled for 8:30a (confirmed via a text message 2 months before the appt day) to then let me know it is 9:30a a couple of weeks before the appt. 2. The night before my appt, they called to let me know they don’t accept my insurance although I specifically asked them to confirm when scheduling 2 months prior. I didn’t get to experience their dental service but their customer service is causing delay to my treatment (now elsewhere).
I had the pleasure of having Kim & Nica at their pop-up dental clinic at the Caldera Family Medicine. They were seriously the nicest, funniest and loveliest dentists! It was the best dental experience I’ve ever had and they explained so much and made me feel so comfortable. I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much Kim P. & Nica you’re the best!
Dr. Webster was awesome in making sure I was as comfortable as possible during my extractions. Goin for full on dentures and I was in so much pain when I came in!! Really caring efficient team too!! I'm gonna say this, they all made me laugh!
