The staff is fabulous. The dentist here at the Redmond Oregon location is such a nice man. He is kind, considerate and mindful. Always quick to check in with me during procedures to manage a desired level of comfort. I would recommend going to this location if you have fears of dentistry. I was taken care of and for that - I’m grateful.
Gentle dental in Redmond was the best experience I have ever had in my life with a dentist. Dr. Phil was clear in communication, quick with his work and skilled in his craft. His assistant was helpful, attentive and had a soothing manner. This is the kind of dentistry team you travel back for if you ever move away.
This office is the best one out of Central Oregon! Friendly, attentive, understanding,great chair side manners,they answer the phone more often than not and they return phone calls/messages if they can't answer! Pretty Amazing Group of Folks providing exceptional dental care 👊

Very exceptional staff from front desk to the back. Appointment reminders ( alot of them) and very clear and informative. I loathe the dentist and they have made it a peaceful experience. I use the Redmond office as the service and reviews were so much better than the Bend location. Looking forward to a completely new smile!
