The front office is very kind and good at their job. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of getting Nancy as my hygienist. She was cold, snarky, disrespectful and rude. Her attitude was immature and demeaning when I asked simple questions. She does not explain what she is doing/putting in my mouth as she does it, and her practice shows she seriously lacks intelligence and expertise. Highly recommended. Had to have several teeth pulled and was really nervous. They put me at ease and considering what was being done, it is about as good of an experience as one could hope for. Great Team.
I have been here twice so far in Redmond and both times I had great experiences. My last time there was a root canal and they were more than attentive to my needs the entire time, and absolutely no judgement here whatsoever . They make me feel completely comfortable and welcome
Dr. Webster was awesome in making sure I was as comfortable as possible during my extractions. Goin for full on dentures and I was in so much pain when I came in!! Really caring efficient team too!! I'm gonna say this, they all made me laugh!
Gentle Dental staff did an awesome job. Took time to talk about what was going to happen, and what to expect during procedure. Very professional, and very kind and pleasant staff. Would highly recommend Gentle Dental to anyone needing dental work done.
