Great experience! Usually being scared of going to the dentist office, I’m actually looking forward to going back. Friendly staff, thorough cleaning, great advice, not trying to sell you on stuff you don’t need.
Very exceptional staff from front desk to the back. Appointment reminders ( alot of them) and very clear and informative. I loathe the dentist and they have made it a peaceful experience. I use the Redmond office as the service and reviews were so much better than the Bend location. Looking forward to a completely new smile!
I broke a filing in half, called Gentle Dental Redmond and they were able to get me in within a day of calling. The front desk gals were very nice and happy to greet everyone. The Dr and assistant had me fixed up within 45 minutes. Everyone was in great moods, welcoming and made you feel comfortable. Best dentist! 10/10!
The staff was very friendly & courtesy. I was able to be seen within 5 min of my arrival time for my appt. The dental hygienist was very informative about my issues and was very polite & friendly. They have a great program for young children to get a fluoride plus a new electric toothbrush free. I just happened to be in there during kid day. Great location, thank you to the whole team!
First time I’ve experienced a dental hygienist who was so informative, thorough, and delightfully personable all at the same time. Ashley was fun and funny while giving me so much info about teeth and gums. Didn’t realize there was still so much to learn about my own dental care! I went straight out and bought an item she suggested.
