Got us in quick and they had things to occupy the kids. One of the employees brought out some toys while I was getting my work done and my daughter loved it. Everyone was super nice.

The absolute best dentist I have been to. I've been afraid of the dentist for years but dr. Cressman and staff made me feel comfortable and absolutely no pain at all. Dr. Cressman makes you feel comfortable and laughs and the whole staff is very nice and friendly. I'll be coming back and referring family and friends.
Finding a dental practice that is patient, kind and ready to help. Everyone of the staff members is very kind. My appointment happened to need to be pushed back and I appreciated the call asking me to come in later rather than making me wait in the office. The dentist had just gotten back into town and could have cancelled all of his appointments for the day but instead just pushed them back- which is greatly appreciated. Especially when you are in pain.
I've been a patient of Dr. Cressman for over 5 yrs and nothing but great customer service along with the great work they do. John does my cleaning 3 times a year and he is nothing short of the best! I've never been a fan (afraid) of the Dentist Office but Gentle Dental has changed that because of the care and service I've always received. Not to forget the front office personnel, the best customer service and detailed in explanations.

I've been going to this place for a couple of years now and since then I've moved to the opposite side of town. Since they have multiple locations I could easily switch to a location closer to me but I choose not to. It's not just the quality of work they do for my teeth it's the service and a sense of friendship I get When I walk in the door. No one really likes going to the dentist. But this place is friendly, and care about your dental health. I been here several times for teeth cleaning, never had an issue or a complaint. They are very gentle, here at gentle dental.
