I had an amazing experience at this location. Dr.Cressmam was very fast an efficient! Also gave me some good laughs and his assistant was great as well. My hygienist John I believe his name was, was very kind and quick with my cleaning. And the lovely front desk woman, Stephie, was so sweet and very helpful. Love this place

I'm horrible with names but I love everyone at this office. The dentist here is so cool! Love him. My Ortho is the most talented Ortho! The front desk is always vibing with everyone.
Excellent staff at gentle dental Spanish trail. Everyone is so welcoming!! Shout out to Steffi at reception!! All the hearts!!! Dr. Cressman is kind and considerate and very knowledgeable! He is single-handedly rebuilding my poor husband's broken teeth! 4 more to go and we're home free!! This dentist was highly recommended to me by my sister who has been going for many many years and her recommendation has proved to be the best thing about moving to Las Vegas!

I used to be afraid and DREADED going to the dentist! The Gentle Dental at Spanish Trails is TOP NOTCH! Lalain has become one of my favorite people to see at a dentist office. She is very comforting and a great big delight ! The whole entire staff treats you with a lot of care and gentleness. I didn't even feel the Doctor injecting the needle into my gums! I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist by the name of Stephanie.The office is very clean and I can tell the staff takes pride in their work. The office manager, Alicia, took the time to welcome me also since I was a new patient. My wait time was minimal and once I was in the treatment chair things went smoothly. The dental assistant,Veronica,was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the treatment. I've been looking for a new dental office close to home and saw this location had a 4.5 star review and thought I would give it a shot. The reviews are very accurate, the staff is very welcoming, and the receptionist Stephie greets you with a contagious smile and makes you feel at home. John the hygienist cleaned my teeth, he was thorough and efficient and had me out of there in no time. Highly recommend this place to anyone and believe this place deserves 5 stars.
Always a pleasure and pain free when I go to Gentle Dental. The staff is amazing and Dr. Cressman is awesome and hilarious. Even though I don't like the dentist, I'll always got back to these folks!
