I normally like going to Gentle Dental—most of the time the front desk gets me checked in and taken to the back right away. I understand that sometimes they may get busy or be short-staffed, but my appointment was at 2:30 PM and I waited in the lobby for almost an hour. Two people who arrived after me were seen and left before I was even called. We originally came to Gentle Dental after a really rough year of feeling scammed and let down by the whole healthcare system . My husband and I walked in pretty wounded, honestly. I made appointment at Lake mead and Tenaya Location for specifically Tooth extraction I was in pain for 2 weeks . I had wait one hour to call my name after taking full X-ray of my teeth the doctor he explained to me what need to be done. I was very confused. The only reason I’m here to pull one tooth. Best team ever! After leaving my former dentist because I had to wait 3 months for a cleaning appointment, I began my search. I was pleasantly surprised to find Dr. Thomas Connoly and his team. He was patient and thorough, answering my questions and concerns with compassion. I have three appointments set up within the month for deep cleaning and a crown which I couldn’t afford from 702 Dentist. The cost of everything is hundreds of dollars less! I am so grateful! The health of my teeth is so important to me!

The doctor and staff were absolutely fantastic. I deducted a star due to their x-ray machine, breaking down, pushing the appointment further than an hour, and when I returned, the x-ray machine was still very shaky giving me a feeling of anxiety and distress. we can I control what happens however we can control how we react, and I am maintain a cheerful disposition. Overall a fantastic experience and I would return to this dentist office.
