No Customer Service by this dental practice. The front office never answers the phone. Don't believe me? Call them yourself. Expect to be pressured to buy additional services during your visit, then if you have a question they will be too busy to help you. This practice is simply does not care about the patient experience.
12/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Had an appointment scheduled for January 28th 2025. Scheduled that appointment weeks before. Secretary waits until Today January 27th 2025, to notify me that they don't have a hygienist and they have been trying to find one. I'm new to Nevada, had horrible tooth pain Friday night, used their online services where i said i had pain. Sunday they finally text back saying they would call, then with the holidays and it being Sunday. Nothing. As you can see i had an on going conversation with their bot who would transfer me just for the office to drop the call. This place has dentists that are scammers. My wife went to another dentist and they x-rayed her and told her she has 2 bad molars and needed root canals and crowns. They specifically said she had no other cavities, we confirmed this with them 3 times since. Due to the original dentist not offering the cheaper options for crowns we took her here for a 2nd opinion. Please run away! My wife and I came in for a routine cleaning/checkup/X-Ray. We intended to schedule separate appointments to have our wisdom teeth pulled. However, we left the place after one hour feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated.
