Excellent and professional. Direct and straight forward. Doesn't talk much.
Disinterested and impatient, particularly during follow up calls.
Initially, I gave Dr. Bolen 5 stars, he seemed like a professional doctor who was interested in my care as a new patient. But into the 3rd or 4th visit with him, he was a different doctor, he got highly annoyed with me, raised his voice to me and showed no interest in what I was there for. Why, because I was not agreeing with what he wanted me to do, medically, which was my right as a patient. That was my last visit with him. Dr. has a rather condescending manner.He gives the impression of always being in a hurry and leaves the impression that he doesn't have the time to answer questions.
I have seen/talked to Dr. Bolen 4 times in a period of 6 months. Every time we spoke he acted as if it was the first time he had heard of my symptoms. None of my symptoms have been resolved.
