Owner Have been a customer for over 20 years thru 6 different vehicle models from Mercury Mountaineer thru Lincoln Continental and most recently a 2nd Lincoln Navigator. Always serviced very well and very courteously.
My review of the service The service is amazing. Every single time.. there's no such thing as getting caught in a jam when you have this service team. I cant believe other dealers and manufacturers that dont hold a candle to the service here
Bent rim causing tire to lose air Justin Always makes sure the job is done right at George wall service center from interior to exterior and all mechanical work you know that when you leave the right job has been done.

Excellent, friendly service Three annoying problems (the worst of which involved the “my touch” control) were fixed satisfactorily in just one day. Service personnel were friendly and easy to communicate with.
Excellent service for a last minute call George Wall Ford Gabe is an appointment with one day’s notice on a busy Saturday. We had a difficult schedule to meet and the gave us a great deal on a new Explorer with no hassle or pressure. Mike Lalley helped us set up the entire car after and has been in contact with us since then to make sure we are happy. I would absolutely recommend them.
First class treatment Hassle free process from start to finish. There was no pressure whatsoever. The vehicle was the lowest price in the area , the process took about an hour and I was finished.very happy
