Excellent, friendly service Three annoying problems (the worst of which involved the “my touch” control) were fixed satisfactorily in just one day. Service personnel were friendly and easy to communicate with.
Excellent service for a last minute call George Wall Ford Gabe is an appointment with one day’s notice on a busy Saturday. We had a difficult schedule to meet and the gave us a great deal on a new Explorer with no hassle or pressure. Mike Lalley helped us set up the entire car after and has been in contact with us since then to make sure we are happy. I would absolutely recommend them.
First class treatment Hassle free process from start to finish. There was no pressure whatsoever. The vehicle was the lowest price in the area , the process took about an hour and I was finished.very happy

Overall service Great service at George Wall! I enjoyed driving the 2019 Ford Fusion loner! Although I didn’t appreciate empty water bottles left in my car and the passenger seat left reclined.
