Leaking power fluid and needed tire alignment Great service for repairing the transmission which was caused by vent seal worn by age for a 2005 Mercury Sable. This was a car previously owned by my mother in law. It looks and runs terrific for a low mileage car
Oil change and tire rotation Service was excellent, wait was a little longer then I expected but service manger came to me and apologized for the wait. I’ve been using George Wall since I moved to NJ 2 years ago and they have gone above and beyond for me. I would definitely recommend this dealer. In fact my son in law bought a used F150 just a month ago from this dealer.
Lincoln MKZ Car wasn’t washed or vacuumed. Perhaps I wasn’t promised this. Otherwise, the work was done promptly and the agent was polite. I am happy with the service in all.
Excellent Service Did everything we asked to be done in a timely manner and assured us we shouldn't have any issues. Service Advisor very professional and knowledgeable.

Buying a car was never easier and more enjoyable. Best car dealer experience ever. I always come back because I'm always taken care of. Brett and Mike are easy to work with, no pressure. Airbag recall Unfortunately, I had an airbag recall. George Wall Lincoln went out of their way to service my car even though I did not buy my car with them. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were the most pleasant dealership/service department I have ever encountered. I can’t say enough about them. While I was waiting for my airbag, I did go into shop for a new car. The sales manager went out of his way as well. I would rate them a 5+ on customer service! I will be buying my next car there!
