Really worked for me. I had a problem with my truck. George Wall picked my truck up at my house first thing Monday morning and returned it that day and everything was under warranty. Great Experience!

Review for oil change and tire rotation. When I walked into the Service Dept Reception area I was greeted warmly and everyone were helpful. I appreciated it.
GREAT Rep. came to my car as soon as I walked in-no waiting. I sat in the clean waiting room equipped with coffee and water for only one half hour. Great service and the car wash was a treat.

New Truck Purchase Overall a good experience. I hate buying new vehicles but the process was relatively easy as the staff did not waste to much of my time.
Repairs I lost my right side mirror due to a garbage can being left partially in the road. Justin Schwartz could not have been more helpful, ordering the part (which was delivered the next morning), and scheduling an appointment that afternoon. The whole job was completed in less than an hour. I am very happy with your service.
Oil change -The works all good...enjoyed the open work space during the service...was able to get work done while I waited

Outstanding My 2016 Lincoln MKX received its first periodic service. Everything was accomplished on time and, as far as I can tell, perfectly. My only minor comment is that, as the service department closed at 5:00 on that Saturday, and I live about 35 minutes from the shop, I would like to have received a cellphone call confirming that the work was completed, or going to be completed, before the absolute last minute before I had to leave in order to arrive prior to the shop's closing.
