GREAT Rep. came to my car as soon as I walked in-no waiting. I sat in the clean waiting room equipped with coffee and water for only one half hour. Great service and the car wash was a treat.

New Truck Purchase Overall a good experience. I hate buying new vehicles but the process was relatively easy as the staff did not waste to much of my time.
Repairs I lost my right side mirror due to a garbage can being left partially in the road. Justin Schwartz could not have been more helpful, ordering the part (which was delivered the next morning), and scheduling an appointment that afternoon. The whole job was completed in less than an hour. I am very happy with your service.
Oil change -The works all good...enjoyed the open work space during the service...was able to get work done while I waited

Outstanding My 2016 Lincoln MKX received its first periodic service. Everything was accomplished on time and, as far as I can tell, perfectly. My only minor comment is that, as the service department closed at 5:00 on that Saturday, and I live about 35 minutes from the shop, I would like to have received a cellphone call confirming that the work was completed, or going to be completed, before the absolute last minute before I had to leave in order to arrive prior to the shop's closing. Great service, patient and considerate process My salesman, Joe Celli, was very patient and knowledgeable. He took me on a test drive of the model I was interested in leasing. Once we had concluded the financial steps necessary to complete the lease, he spent time going over the special features and operational details of the vehicle. Two days later he was kind enough to call me and ask about my experience and satisfaction with the vehicle.

Great service, helpful staff at George Wall's In the past, I have had some bad experiences with dealership service departments, but George Wall's service department has restored my faith. As always, the staff was very helpful. This time, I was there for airbag replacement due to recall, which I imagine is a big job, yet the job was done in a timely manner. A loaner car was provided and my car was protected from dirt and such during the service with seat & floor covering & was returned to me in good condition.
