Great service, helpful staff at George Wall's In the past, I have had some bad experiences with dealership service departments, but George Wall's service department has restored my faith. As always, the staff was very helpful. This time, I was there for airbag replacement due to recall, which I imagine is a big job, yet the job was done in a timely manner. A loaner car was provided and my car was protected from dirt and such during the service with seat & floor covering & was returned to me in good condition.
Car purchase Really good experience. Great car, VERY helpful sales associate, and just an all around fun and exciting time. Love the Navigator!
Service Steve provided excellent service. He was, as he always is, pleasant to deal with. Had a problem with a tire, called on a Monday, problem fixed on Tuesday. It's why I've been a George Wall Ford customer for 27 years.

Great At The Top I wanted to buy a used car by the internet to avoid the all-to-common hassles of visiting a dealership. Although there were a couple initial problems, they were immediately and fairly rectified when I went to the top and contacted the brother-ewers of this dealership. I don't want to make more work for them. But because of them I give this dealer the highest rating.
