Dr Dynes explained the use of injections into trigger points for my migraines and nightly headaches. Since migraine medications cause me issues with side effects, he took time to explain how injections at trigger points every three months impacts the headaches. Dr. Dynes is DETERMINED that this is my best option.

Incredibly thorough and patient. I saw him primarily for fasiculations and cramps that I had seen another neuro for but didn’t get any answers about. Dynes answered all my questions and put all my fears to rest. I will be requiring surgery but he made me feel much better about the surgery itself and prognosis. I am a nurse so have a familiarity with drs.
