Was able to get an appointment same day as my call. I believed that I was having an anti-immune response to Covid from an existing autoimmune disease, and Dr Dynes immediately arranged 3 days of IVs to deal with the issue. Two “Fellows” in residence to become neurologists accompanied the Dr, on our visit. Before I saw Dr Dynes I was talking with his nurse about a totally unrelated issue and she had years of prior experience with another Dr in a different specialty and took the time to give me wisdom solid advice. I am a new patient and today was my first visit with him. What I took away from this visit is he is caring, takes time to listen, and not in a hurry. He read over my chart and understood the complexity of my condition. I walk away feeling and knowing I am in good hands. He is a lot like my former neurologist who just retired.
